Local Gardener Interest in Natural Herbs Leads to Launching of TriaHerbs…Naturally!

Imagine your love for something you are keenly interested in, devote lots of personal time and work to, and is something everyone can benefit from, turning into a full fledged business. That’s exactly what happened for Alicia Snyder, owner of Triaherbs!

Alicia, the oldest of six siblings, has always been a creative. She has ventured into a career in music, teaches theater, loves to garden and is a mom of 4 beautiful children which she home schools to name a few! Alicia and her husband live on a family farm where Alicia began experimenting with the use of culinary and medicinal herbs she grew. As she worked adding more herbs to her gardening, she saw first hand the health benefits to her and her family and as her interest grew and the demand from family and friends for her herbs, she decided to become a certified herbalist to learn more on the entire process of growing, harvesting and the uses for herbs in today’s modern lifestyles as well as to help others.

In our Spring Hill Fresh interview with Alicia she shared “I grow all my herbs, and all my gardening for that matter, naturally with no pesticides or chemicals. It’s a lot more work to tend to and care for them but this is the ONLY way to grow! I do all the harvesting, drying, extracting, blending, packaging, etc. by hand. I can ensure the highest quality that way and my customers can be assured that my products are the absolute finest.”

Her experiments with her herbs led her to creating wonderful culinary seasonings and blends that not only enhance the foods you prepare but are healthy sources to add to your cooking! She also creates herbal tea blends, supplements, salves, lip balms and oils that are natural solutions for such ailments as colds and coughs, cuts and scrapes, immune support, women’s hormone support, calming and more.

Triaherbs has been a very popular vendor at the Thompson’s Station Farmers Market for several years now and you can always find Alisha ready and available to educate and give great advice and information on what and how to use her amazing products to enhance your health and culinary enjoyment.ξ It’s a good thing for her customers Alicia found her dream career…naturally!
