Event Description

Our 2-day tutorial, and optional Friday enrichment, will serve a maximum of 15 children ages 7-14, with two teachers always present. This small student/teacher ratio will allow for a hands-on, personalized experience for each child. Immersing your child in nature will create lifelong benefits!

Special visitors will be brought in from time to time and parent volunteers (with a background check) are welcome. We will follow the Williamson County School Calendar for holidays and inclement weather days.

Each day at Nature Explorers will include nature journaling, scientific exploration, child-led discoveries, and group discussions. The specific curriculum will be selected by semester and subject categories taught on the following days:
Tuesday
Language Arts/Writing/Literature/Poetry/Science

Thursday
History/Geography/Biblical Studies/Handicraft/Art

Friday (Optional)
Character Building/Life Skills/Woodshop
